[Hiring] Assistant Operations Manager @LearnWell

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, clinician-focused Assistant Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing behavioral health private practice. This fully remote role is focused on three primary objectives:

• Building strong clinician relationships by providing exceptional operational support and helping clinicians succeed in their day-to-day work.
• Supporting operational processes through accurate documentation, workflow coordination, and continuous process improvement.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing operational data, and providing reporting that helps leadership achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, medical office operations, or a similar healthcare environment.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (AdvancedMD strongly preferred).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate operational data.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a behavioral health or outpatient private practice.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Familiarity with New York insurance plans and authorization processes.
• Experience pulling reports, analyzing operational data, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
