Role Description
The Virtual Clinical Director is responsible for the overall clinical quality of the program. They provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, have knowledge of the organization, provide marketing support for the facility, and direct all activities within Monte Nido in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

Manage census and labor designated program and/or administrative caseload.

Oversee revenue drivers of length of stay, attendance, program completion, admit conversion, outcomes collection/results, staffing efficiency, utilization of staff, and labor alignment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (MST or PST) including 2 evenings to 8:30 pm (PST).

Salary: $100,000-$115,000.
Qualifications

Master's Degree in a clinical discipline, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of management setting familiarity, with continuous quality improvement and Joint Commission standards skills.

Strongly preferred experience leading a remote team.

Licensed in California and/or Oregon preferred.

Knowledge of state licensure requirements as relates to practicing via telehealth.

This is a remote position requiring telehealth etiquette and adequate technology knowledge.

Prior experience with EHR preferred.

Functions as leader of Clinical and other staff.

Maintains an effective therapeutic organizational structure and delegates appropriate authority.

Responsible for staffing and scheduling, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling.

Accountable for length of stay and program completion of administrative caseload.

Runs treatment team meetings focused on outcomes and program completion.

Models therapeutic eating habits with clients.

May take on a small caseload (2-3 clients) when census is below target.

Facilitates communication with ancillary staff.

Attends clinical and administrative meetings to share information.

Evaluates staff based on specified performance standards.

Oversee program compliance with Utilization Review.

Responsible for holding employees and clients accountable to virtual etiquette rules.
