Role Description

The administration post will be an integral part of the stem cell transplant and cellular therapies service in the Family and Specialist Services Division at the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and part of BSW Hospitals Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a busy and highly specialised Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Service. Working closely with the Transplant Quality Team, you will:

• Act as a key point of contact for patients, clinical teams, and external organisations.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support data management and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of transplant services.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance, including contributing to JACIE accreditation activities.
• Assist with clinical governance processes, audits, and the maintenance of service documentation.
• Help with training events, financial administration, reporting, and resource management.
