Our Academy is recruiting its next two cohort of Trainee Remote Case Managers, and we’d love to hear from registered nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who want more flexibility, more variety and a specialism to build a career around.

No Occupational Health experience? No problem. We’ll teach you. All you need is the drive to retrain and the curiosity to learn something new.

• Learn from the best. You’ll work alongside our expert Occupational Health Advisors, with hands-on clinical training, real case exposure and mentorship to build your confidence from day one.
• Keep things interesting. No two days are the same, and the work is varied and rewarding.
• Enjoy real balance. After your initial training period, you can reduce your hours to a minimum of three days a week.
• After you have completed the initial 8 week training, you'll be managing cases with confidence, delivering evidence-based support for referrals on attendance, fitness for work and wider Occupational Health issues.
• Making an impact through writing clear, professional reports advising on OH legislation and best practice that support employee wellbeing and help businesses make good decisions to shape healthier workplaces.

Qualifications

• Current NMC or HCPC registration
• A qualification in Nursing (including Mental Health), Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
• At least 2 years’ post-registration experience
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Ideally you will have previous experience in a home-based clinical role

Requirements

• Full time for your first 8 weeks while you get up to speed, then the flexibility to reduce to a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Please note you will not be able to take annual leave in the first 8 weeks, and you need to be able to work full time for the first 8 weeks.
