Role Description

Hi, we're Oscar Medical Group. We're hiring a 1099 Physician to provide regulatory APP supervision across all service lines: Virtual Health Assessment and Oscar Virtual Care.

About the role:

• You will be a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers.
• You will report into a Director of Oscar Medical Group.

Work Location:

• This is a remote position. Open to candidates who reside in Georgia. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency:

• $300 per APP per month for APP Supervision responsibilities.
• Oscar Medical Group will cover your malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA).
• Must live in Georgia.
• Must have an active state license in Georgia.
• Must have a compact license or be eligible for IMLCC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact).
• 3+ years clinical experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Telemedicine experience (bonus points).
• Fluent in Spanish (bonus points).
• Licensed in OMG states: MI, IL, CT, PA, NC, OK, VA, TX, FL, OH (bonus points).
