Role Description

The Senior Clinical Operations Professional designs and implements initiatives that optimize clinical operations and enhance care delivery across aligned area(s), or the organization. The Senior Clinical Operations Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

• Identifies strategic improvement opportunities.
• Establishes operational priorities.
• Develops standardized processes and practices to support clinical operational effectiveness.
• Aligns operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.
• Works under minimal supervision, using judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 or more years of technical experience.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
