Role Description

We're running a paid study on the operational realities facing modern healthcare facilities. This research focuses on how clinical and administrative leaders balance patient care requirements with institutional management. Your perspective will help us understand the core bottlenecks in current hospital administration.

You will participate in a 45-minute remote voice and video interview. During the session, we will ask you to walk through your standard approaches to facility operations and clinical governance. You will react to a few conceptual scenarios regarding resource allocation and staff management. The conversation is structured to flow naturally through your daily workflows and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Current role as a senior hospital administrator or medical director
• Based in the United States
• Direct experience overseeing clinical or operational policies at a healthcare facility
• Comfortable discussing institutional management on a recorded video call
