[Hiring] RN Clinical Compliance Specialist @UnitedHealth Group

Role Description

Responsible for supporting the Practice Health and Safety Program as a field assessor, onboarding and remediation coordinator, and subject matter expert on clinical compliance and regulatory standards.

• Assess Kelsey-Seybold’s Clinical Practices to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and that each Kelsey-Seybold’s facility policies and procedures are being followed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for practice staff and may function as a team lead for onboarding of specific market segment(s).
• Involves up to 50% travel and requires a self-directed, team-oriented professional.

Qualifications

• RN
• 5+ years of RN experience
• Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and PC and Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Proven outstanding analytical, organizational, problem solving and negotiating skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Ability to be objective, collaborative, professional and personable approach
• Self-directed and effective while working remotely, requiring minimal direct supervision
• Proven understanding of complex issues facing health care professionals and ability to provide appropriate and situation-specific guidance
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Requirements

• Significant experience in a regulatory/compliance role within healthcare operations (preferred)
• Demonstrated successful results in managing practice health and safety programs and/or initiatives for a large healthcare organization (preferred)
