Role Description

The Respiratory Clinical Assessment Service (RCAS) and Virtual Ward (COPD) Specialist Nurse will deliver high-quality, patient-centred respiratory care across acute, community and virtual care settings. The post holder will support the operational and clinical delivery of the service and, in the absence of the Senior Respiratory Nurse Specialist, assist in ensuring safe, effective and responsive service provision.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering specialist respiratory nursing care across the Respiratory Clinical Assessment Service (RCAS), Respiratory Virtual Ward and wider respiratory services. Responsibilities include:
