Role Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with inpatient clinical expertise to contribute to an AI training project. In this role, you will:

• Annotate and review clinical content and inpatient documentation, including nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, medical orders, laboratory results, and discharge summaries.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, patient safety, completeness, and appropriateness across various inpatient populations and care scenarios.
• Apply bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows, standards of care, and documentation practices to validate and enhance datasets.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.
• Provide detailed feedback on evaluation guidelines, clinical edge cases, and workflow improvements to strengthen model performance.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the review process.

Qualifications

• Based in the United States and eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.
• Recent inpatient bedside nursing experience.
• Broad clinical exposure and the ability to review documentation across multiple inpatient populations and specialties.
• Experience working in an academic medical center or large healthcare system, with exposure to complex patients, clinical workflows, and documentation practices.
• Previous clinical annotation experience with positive performance reviews is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and clarity.
