Role Description

Are you passionate about advancing oncology research and improving outcomes for patients with breast cancer? Amplity is partnering with an innovative US-based biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the research and development of transformative medicines in precision oncology. We are seeking an experienced and scientifically driven Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support clinical development and medical affairs activities across Poland and the Czech Republic.

As a member of a global field-based Medical Affairs team, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, clinical trial investigators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You will play a critical role in supporting ongoing and future clinical trials, building scientific relationships, and providing valuable insights that help shape medical strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MSL who enjoys working in a dynamic biotech environment and wants to contribute directly to innovative therapies in Breast Cancer and Precision Medicine.

Qualifications

• Physician, Pharmacist, PhD (preferred), MSc in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent Polish or Czech language skills, depending on country of residence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience.
• Previous Medical Science Liaison experience required.
• Solid Tumor Oncology experience is essential.
• Breast Cancer experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success engaging with KOLs, investigators, researchers, and healthcare professionals.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and working alongside Clinical Operations teams is highly desirable.
• Previous biotech experience is advantageous.
