Role Description

Concert Health is a mission-driven behavioral health medical group delivering evidence-based Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) services in primary care. Our Concert Care Psychiatry program provides essential support for patients with complex adult ADHD diagnostic and short-term treatment needs, enabling primary care providers (PCPs) to confidently manage adult ADHD within the integrated care framework.

• Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD evaluations, including structured interviews, validated rating scales (e.g., ASRS), and rigorous differential diagnosis.
• Prescribe and manage stimulant and non-stimulant medications with full clinical latitude to address comorbid anxiety, mood, or other conditions first when appropriate.
• Partner on an ongoing basis with a BHCM and the patient's PCP, rather than a one-time handoff.
• Deliver short-term, measurement-based consultative care that stabilizes patients and supports a smooth transition back to primary care management.
• Serve as a clinical resource for PCPs managing adult ADHD questions in their own patient panels.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in California.
• Active DEA registration in California.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Psychiatry (ABPN or AOBNP).
• 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience, with demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating adult ADHD.
• Familiarity with measurement-based care tools and comorbidity screening (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7).
• Experience in integrated or team-based primary care settings is a strong plus.
• A genuine commitment to diagnostic accuracy and patient-centered care.

Benefits

• Flexible, part-time schedule options.
• Base salary range: $270,000–$340,000 (full-time equivalent; pro-rated based on schedule).
