Role Description

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national physician group, is offering a two-year wound care fellowship to physicians ready to build advanced, hands-on expertise in a fast-growing specialty. This fellowship pairs daily clinical practice with structured academic training, giving fellows the skills and confidence to lead in wound care from day one.

• See patients daily, delivering advanced wound care techniques and treatment plans.
• Take on academic responsibilities throughout the fellowship, building toward specialty expertise.
• Work closely with our clinical team to develop the judgment and skill needed to practice independently in wound care.

Qualifications

• Background in surgery or another procedural field, with at least 3 years of residency training.
• A valid, unrestricted medical license in the state where you reside and intend to practice.
• Board certification in another field of medicine is welcomed but not required.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in wound care.
• Willingness to travel as required to see patients across assigned locations.

Requirements

• Duration: approximately 2 years.
• Location: nationwide, open to candidates across the country.
• Positions: highly selective, with only one position available per application cycle.

Benefits

• Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 - $300,000 annually.
