Role Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a consistent PRN telehealth position covering four Florida skilled nursing facilities. These communities include skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care residents. You will work remotely with on-site clinical staff to keep residents progressing safely toward their goals.

• All telehealth visits are limited to evaluations, recertifications, or supervisory visits.
• Every telehealth visit is conducted with a licensed PTA or COTA at the facility.

Qualifications

• Valid State PT License

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapy license
• Residence within one hour of one of our facilities in Wesley Chapel, Brooksville, Winter Haven, or Ocala, FL
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, quiet workspace for telehealth
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
