[Hiring] Outpatient Therapist - Adolescent Virtual Program @UHS

Role Description

Rolling Hills is looking for a dynamic PHP/IOP Therapist to join our Outpatient Team. The PHP/IOP Therapist is responsible for providing group counseling services in outpatient programming.

• Provides appropriate crisis intervention as necessary
• Provides psycho-educational group exercises
• Demonstrates an ability to form therapeutic relationships

Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED
• Current Tennessee Driver’s License
• Current HWC and CPR Certification

Requirements

• Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting
• Excellent telephone etiquette and tact
• Ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes
• Ability to work with those in crisis or resistant or negative toward the organization
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic data entry skills preferred
• Organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary
• Flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary
