Role Description

Starting your OT career can feel exciting and a little overwhelming. That's why we've built a graduate program designed to support you every step of the way. Some of the things you will do in this role include:

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Curious and compassionate
• Excited to learn and try new things
• Keen for a workplace with flexibility, growth and support
• Ready to make a difference in people’s lives
• Not afraid of a good OT pun (bonus points if you make your own)
• A licensed driver with your own vehicle

Requirements

• A guaranteed salary of $89,600 including super
• KM travel reimbursement
• $1,500 annual PD allowance
• Performance-based incentives (potential to earn more + give to the community)
