[Hiring] Mail Order Pharmacy Technician @CenterWell

Role Description

The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 fills and counts medications. This role performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments, including:

• Performing computations.
• Working on semi-routine assignments.
• Ensuring adequate inventory levels for dispensing by collaborating with the inventory supply team.
• Making decisions focused on interpreting area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
• Identifying work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters.
• Prioritizing tasks and working under minimal direction.
• Following standard policies with some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and independent discretion.

Qualifications

• Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
• Minimum 1-2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• National Certification, PTCB CphT (preferred).
• Work at Home Requirements:
  • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
