[Hiring] Longevity Physician @Widger Talent

Role Description

The Carragher Method is a concierge longevity practice in Los Angeles with a carefully curated patient base of about 350 individuals who take their health seriously and are committed to follow through. Led by Dr. William Carragher (peer-voted 2025 Top Doctor), the clinic specializes in hormone optimization, advanced peptide therapies, and personalized longevity medicine. Everything is cash-pay. No billing departments, no insurance denials, no headaches.

We're adding one physician on a contract basis — one day a week (8 hours), fully telemedicine, with a clear path to grow if that's where things lead.

What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized, high-touch care — hormone protocols, peptide therapies, and whole-person longevity plans tailored to each patient
• Build real, lasting relationships with patients who are invested in their health and stay for years
• Practice entirely by telemedicine with the full support of a lean, experienced team — no scheduling, no billing, no admin on your end
• Collaborate directly with Dr. Carragher to refine and evolve clinical protocols

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active California medical license (New York license a nice bonus — about 15% of patients are based there)
• Experience with hormone therapy, peptides, or longevity medicine — or a genuine interest and willingness to learn
• Strong communicator with a grounded, down-to-earth manner; patients here trust their physician as much as a person as they do a clinician
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while staying closely connected to the team

Benefits

• Flexible by design — one day a week, structured to fit alongside an existing practice or role
• Well-compensated — strong hourly rate DOE, plus eventual performance incentives tied to patient growth
• Training included — paid certification in hormone optimization and peptide medicine available if needed. Dr. Carragher mentors directly
• Real growth potential — the role can scale as the practice grows, with a genuine succession conversation to be had for the right person
