[Hiring] Licensed Mental Health Assessor @HCO Behavioral Health

Role Description

We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to conduct client assessments. Evening and Weekend availability needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults, and families to improve psychosocial functioning.
• Render services in person and/or virtually.
• Conduct client mental health assessments and perform initial intake interviews.
• Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose.
• Determine client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM.
• Develop treatment plans based on client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO’s facility policy.

Qualifications

• Professional Licensure in the State of Louisiana.
• Licensure Malpractice Coverage.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Car registration and insurance current (if transporting individuals receiving services).
• Successful clearance of state criminal background check.
• Successful clearance of drug and TB skin test.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Tablet/laptop device with camera that allows for tele-health visits to be conducted.
