Role Description

You became a therapist to work with people—not to spend your days worrying about finding clients, figuring out billing, or navigating a chaotic workplace. Our therapists provide outpatient psychotherapy with teens, adults, and/or couples—and you tell us which populations you prefer to work with. We're interested in both newer clinicians who are excited to deepen their skills and experienced therapists looking for a long-term professional home.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active Illinois license or license-eligible credential: LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, MFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a private practice setting
• Comfort using an electronic health record and providing telehealth services when appropriate
• Warmth, good judgment, professionalism, curiosity, and a genuine interest in doing excellent clinical work

Requirements

• Provide individual and/or couples psychotherapy based on your areas of interest
• Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients
• Maintain a consistent caseload
• Collaborate and consult with other clinicians when helpful
• Continue developing your clinical skills and areas of specialty
• Complete timely, clinically appropriate documentation
• Be a reliable and engaged member of the Elevate team
