Role Description

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.

Requirements

• Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.

• Autonomy Over Your Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility to determine when and where you supervise your cases, with telehealth used when clinically effective for the client and BT.
• Administrative Support: Focus on what you do best, clinical care, while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

• Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $95,772–$120,545 plus up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with our second bonus.
