Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Interpreter fluent in Spanish and English for a 100% remote position. The role involves providing accurate and timely interpretation, enabling effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Additional responsibilities include:

• Performing simultaneous and consecutive interpreting
• Ensuring proper use of medical terminology
• Facilitating clear and culturally appropriate communication in medical settings

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of professional interpretation experience (this is a must)
• Proven expertise in Medical or Legal sectors
• Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments
• High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills

Requirements

• Professional, HIPAA compliant setup
• Wired USB headset with noise cancellation
• At least 10Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed

Benefits

• Base Rate: $0.10 per minute
• Volume Bonus Structure:
• 5,000 minutes: $50 Bonus
• 7,500 minutes: $80 Bonus
• 10,000 minutes: $110 Bonus
• 12,500 minutes: $140 Bonus
• 15,000 minutes: $170 Bonus
• Full time and Part time available
• 24/7 shifts available
