Role Description
Join us in one of our most critical member-facing roles, inspiring behavior change and motivating members to adopt new behaviors and improve their health. As a Twin Health Coach, you make a difference in people's lives every day by providing guidance, support, education, and encouragement to empower your members seeking to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases and improve their overall health.
This is a data- and AI-driven coaching model, not an independent private-practice style of coaching. Your day-to-day priorities, member outreach, and session focus are generated by the Twin platform from continuous data streams β CGM, weight, sleep, movement, and app engagement β and your role is to interpret those insights and deliver them with empathy and motivational skill.
This role is a great fit if you naturally help people take on difficult things, understand that habit change is hard, and are skilled in behavioral tools that activate people to change.
This role is not a fit if you're looking for the autonomy of independent or contract coaching. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, some evenings.
