Role Description

This position provides case management for the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) and Crisis Stabilization Community-Based Services (CSCBS) program. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting outreach and presentations on available services
• Maintaining client files
• Covering assigned on-call MCRT day shifts
• Providing support and consultation that encourages recovery-focused behaviors for individuals participating in a mental health program

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following:
  • Mental health professional as defined in Iowa Code section 228.1
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Associate’s degree
  • High school diploma
• Experience (based on education level noted above):
  • Mental health professional: 1 year of mental health experience
  • Bachelor’s in human services: 1 year
  • Bachelor’s in non-human services: 2 years
  • Associate’s degree: 2 years
  • High school diploma: 2 years
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Eyerly Ball’s auto insurance policy
• Must pass criminal records and dependent adult/child abuse checks
