Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Credentialing Specialist. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).

• Conduct education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing.
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support within a medical office environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with credentialing standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, a medical office, credentialing, or a related healthcare operations role.
• Previous experience with education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
