[Hiring] Clinical Strategy and Practice Fellow @CenterWell

Role Description

The Clinical Strategy and Practice Fellow (VSP/PT) builds strategies for development, engagement, best clinical practices and processes for the clinical community within the enterprise. The Fellow contributes through a combination of:

• Key technical expertise
• Technical/process leadership that regularly provides functional guidance to professional associates

Regularly applies advanced in-depth and broad knowledge and is considered a top “go to” resource in their field.

The Fellow designs, implements, and supports strategy and drives targeted initiatives aimed at:

• Increasing enterprise clinician capacity
• Enhancing clinician recruitment, development, and retention
• Supporting clinician licensure compliance and continuing education

Uses data-based insight to direct process improvement efforts within the clinical community. Develops and drives overall enterprise strategy and provides recommendations to senior executives. Makes decisions on complex to highly complex issues that have significant impact on the enterprise’s financial and business operations, and as an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical enterprise-wide issues and broad design matters.

Requirements

• Work at Home Requirements: Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
• In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs.
• Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
• Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$184,800 - $254,100 per year
