Based at Narre Warren, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

• The Narre Warren office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of:
  • 6 OT's
  • 2 Speech Pathologists
  • 1 Exercise Physiologist
  • 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • 1 Allied Health Assistant
• You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
• You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Proficient suitability and above.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within Behaviour Support.
