[Hiring] Behavioral Health Coordinator @Froedtert

Role Description

The Coordinator of the Behavioral Health Department is responsible for daily operations of the Behavioral Health Center reception area, in accordance with department and clinic policy and procedure, assuring and maintaining safe, efficient, quality patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Managing PSR staff and multiple processes/systems within the behavioral health department.
• Training and assisting behavioral health staff with reception area duties and customer service skills.
• Handling day-to-day needs of physicians and providers, including CME requests, time off requests, and schedule changes.
• Assisting the department manager with process improvement and other projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Proven technical proficiency.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
