Role Description

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Primary Care is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Care team on a per-diem basis. Provide high-quality, convenient virtual care across multiple practices and regions with the flexibility to choose your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct video-only virtual visits across a full range of patient needs:
• Urgent & Acute Care encounters
• Behavioral Health visits & follow-ups
• Chronic Disease Management
• Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) & Annual Exams
• Transitional Care Management (TCM)
• EHR Documentation in Epic

Schedule & Shift Requirements:

• Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from home)
• Monthly Requirement: Minimum of two (2) shifts per calendar month, consisting of:
• One (1) evening shift OR One (1) weekend shift
• Additional Availability: Additional shifts may be scheduled based on departmental needs and provider availability.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MSN/DNP or PA Program)
• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Active DEA & MCSR registrations
• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

Requirements

• 2+ years clinical experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care
• Prior telemedicine experience
• Proficiency with Epic EHR
