Role Description

Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt du unser Marketingteam mit sprachlichem Feingefühl und strategischem Blick – vor allem auf LinkedIn und im Bereich B2B-Content. Deine Inhalte helfen uns, Reichweite und Vertrauen aufzubauen, unsere Brand zu schärfen und neue Kund:innen zu erreichen.

  • Verfassen von Blogartikeln & kurzen Fachtexten mit Tiefe und Relevanz
  • LinkedIn-Markenauftritt mitgestalten – von Content-Ideen bis zum Versand strategischer Nachrichten
  • UnterstĂĽtzung im Personal Branding unserer FĂĽhrungskräfte
  • Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung unserer Company Page
  • Recherche & Texterstellung zu Themen rund um Digitalisierung, Entscheider-Kommunikation & UnternehmensfĂĽhrung
  • Outreach ĂĽber LinkedIn: gezielter Erstkontakt mit Entscheider:innen auf Enterprise-Level, Ziel: Demo Calls generieren

Qualifications

  • Studium in Germanistik, Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien oder vergleichbar
  • Ausgezeichnete Rechtschreibkenntnisse in Deutsch (mindestens C2)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte fĂĽr Entscheider:innen verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Sorgfältige Recherche ist fĂĽr dich selbstverständlich
  • Du nutzt KI-Tools wie GPT mit Verstand – als UnterstĂĽtzung, nicht als Copy-Paste
  • Du liebst klare Kommunikation, kreative Sprache & Präzision
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig & qualitätsbewusst – unsere Inhalte erreichen C-Level & Konzerne
  • Erfahrung mit LinkedIn & B2B-Zielgruppen ist ein Plus
