Role Description

This role involves leading our marketing strategy, driving adoption, and shaping how we’re seen in the creator economy.

Take full ownership of our marketing strategy, working directly with the founders to position our product in a way that resonates with digital creators.
Deeply understand our users — their pain points, motivations, platforms, and language — and translate these insights into impactful messaging and campaigns.
Identify the right channels to reach creators: from niche communities and social platforms to affiliate partnerships and unconventional outreach methods.
Develop and execute acquisition funnels that convert — including landing pages, email flows, social content, and ambassador/influencer initiatives.
Continuously experiment with new formats and growth loops — from viral marketing to referral programs — and scale what works.
Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to ensure a consistent experience across the entire creator journey.
Build out and manage tools, analytics, and reporting systems to track growth, engagement, and ROI across all efforts.
Lead and grow a small team or coordinate freelancers and agencies as we scale.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or B2C SaaS environment.
A strong understanding of the creator economy and the platforms creators use — you know how to speak their language authentically.
Experience working on products or campaigns that target creators is a big plus.
Proven track record of building and executing marketing campaigns that drive real user growth (not just impressions).
Strong grasp of digital channels (social, content, email, paid, partnerships) and how to test, iterate, and scale them effectively.
A creative and resourceful mindset — you know how to make things work with limited resources and aren’t afraid to try bold ideas.
Experience with building funnels, writing copy, using CRM and analytics tools, and managing campaign performance.
A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — you're as comfortable crafting a brand story as you are setting up a landing page or email flow.
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
