Role Description
Du willst Vertrieb von der Pike auf lernen, bist kommunikativ und hast keine Angst vor dem Telefonhörer? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Zur Verstärkung unseres Sales-Teams suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Werkstudent:in im Bereich Sales Development (SDR), der/die mit uns gemeinsam neue Potenziale erschließt.
- Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für potenzielle Kund:innen via LinkedIn, E-Mail und Telefon
- Eigenständige Recherche und Qualifizierung von Leads
- Erstellung und Versand überzeugender Outreach-Nachrichten
- Pflege und Dokumentation im CRM (Hubspot)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team zur Optimierung unserer Akquise-Strategien
Qualifications
- Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise in BWL, Kommunikation oder Psychologie.
- Hunter-Mentalität: Du gehst proaktiv auf Menschen zu und hast keine Scheu vor Cold Calls
- Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise für professionelle Kommunikation via Mail & LinkedIn
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte Neugier
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Englisch mindestens B2+
Requirements
- Erste Erfahrung mit Tools wie Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator oder E-Mail-Automation (z. B. Apollo)
