Role Description

Our client, a B2B trade show and exhibit solutions company, is looking for a VP of Growth and Brand Marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, and an India-based team, building the processes, capabilities, and playbook to strengthen the brand’s market position and power a scalable marketing engine that drives qualified leads and revenue.

The company has grown to approximately $40 million and is still expanding, with an established digital presence, agency partnerships, and a dedicated marketing team. The ideal candidate brings B2B marketing leadership experience, along with hands-on digital growth expertise, and a proven record of using data to drive revenue. This is a great opportunity to bring structure, strategic direction, and accountability to marketing as the business scales.

the trade show or exhibition industry.

VP of Growth and Brand Marketing Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and positioning across US and European markets
• Drive lead generation through SEO, paid search, paid social, and email
• Manage the internal team and agency partners, including setting goals and quality standards
• Build the team’s playbook, processes, and KPIs
• Consolidate fragmented marketing data into a single source of truth, and translate analytics into clear recommendations
• Build referral, word-of-mouth, and online review programs
• Own marketing performance, conversions, and revenue contribution
• Partner with Sales and Executive leadership to align strategies

Qualifications

• Marketing leadership experience in a high-growth B2B environment required
• Expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, and digital marketing required
• Deep SEO and analytics skills required
• Experience managing teams of 10+ across geographies required
• Track record of establishing processes, setting measurable goals, and connecting marketing initiatives to revenue growth required
