[Hiring] TikTok & Influencer Marketing Specialist @MultiplyMii

Role Description

We are looking for a TikTok & Influencer Marketing Specialist with strong knowledge of TikTok, creator marketing, and UGC. This role will focus on finding and evaluating creators, negotiating partnerships, and sourcing high-quality UGC that can be used across TikTok and paid social—particularly Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate understands TikTok trends, knows what makes content perform, and can connect the right creators with the right brands and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate TikTok creators and influencers based on audience, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
• Source creators specifically for UGC and paid advertising, particularly Meta Ads.
• Conduct creator outreach and negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Manage creator partnerships and track content deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop creator briefs, hooks, content concepts, and creative directions.
• Research TikTok trends, competitors, creators, and emerging content formats.
• Review UGC to ensure it meets creative and advertising requirements.
• Identify TikTok content that can be repurposed for Meta Ads and other paid channels.
• Collaborate with media buyers, creative strategists, designers, and account managers.
• Monitor creator and content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
• Support TikTok Shop, affiliate, and TikTok Ads initiatives when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, creators, and short-form content.
• Proven experience sourcing and evaluating TikTok influencers/creators.
• Experience negotiating creator/influencer rates, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Experience sourcing UGC for paid advertising, especially Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of effective hooks, content formats, and creative angles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, research, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.

Requirements

• DTC or e-commerce experience.
• Experience with the TikTok Creator Marketplace.
• TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing experience.
• TikTok Ads Manager or Meta Ads experience.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or UTM tracking.
