[Hiring] TikTok Content Creator @Pitch Labs

Role Description

This is an unpaid, remote nonprofit startup volunteer role.

Pitch Labs, a 501(c)3 non-profit, works to inspire, educate, and mentor aspiring high school entrepreneurs to build their first business. Our 100% volunteer-run nonprofit offers aspiring high school entrepreneurs free access to our mentor-matching program, entrepreneurship support community, and resource library.

Are you the go-to person for what’s trending on TikTok? Pitch Labs is looking for a high school student who’s ready to bring their TikTok skills to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Create fun, fast-paced, and engaging TikTok videos that align with Pitch Labs' mission
• Collaborate with the team to turn podcast clips, fun facts, and branding tips into viral micro-content
• Stay on top of TikTok trends and suggest creative ways to tie them into Pitch Labs themes
• Post regularly to help grow our TikTok presence and reach new young audiences
• Add your own creative spin and personality to every post

Qualifications

• Currently in a US based high school, and obsessed with TikTok culture
• Know how to shoot, edit, and post TikToks with an eye for what works
• Actively growing your own account or helping others grow theirs
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Love entrepreneurship, storytelling, and inspiring other young creators

Requirements

• At least 5 hours a week for at least 6 months
• Weekly team 1-1 meeting, time for text/email communication, time spent working on a project
• 24 hour message acknowledgement and 48 hour message response policy
• Ability to communicate time off requests ASAP for planning
