[Hiring] Technical Marketing Lead @Sage Haus

Role Description

At Sage Haus, we help families find the support they need to make everyday life feel more manageable. We're looking for a full-stack technical growth marketer to help more families find us—and make every step that follows feel clear, helpful, and personal.

• Own the demand side of our funnel, from the website through lifecycle to digital products.
• Hands-on role with room to build, experiment, and see the impact of your work.
• Write the email, build the flow, read the dashboard, fix the landing page, and brief the ad—sometimes all in the same day.
• Comfortable across the channel mix, technical enough to build your own automations, and curious enough to learn what you haven't done before.
• First priority will be getting our lifecycle and CRM foundations working well: auditing existing flows, establishing a reliable baseline, and shipping the fixes with the highest revenue impact.
• Take on broader conversion ownership—from first site visit to booked call, attended call, deposit, and subscription.
• Work closely with our VP of Growth Marketing to turn ideas into better experiences for families and measurable growth for Sage Haus.

Qualifications

• Owned a full demand funnel end to end—not just one channel inside it.
• Build your own automations and flows; comfortable in tools like Make, Zapier, Flodesk, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
• Can write the email, build the reminder sequence, and figure out why people are booking calls but not showing up.
• Comfortable getting under the hood of a landing page, form, or booking flow, spotting friction, and shipping a fix.
• Trust data over instinct; can pull the number, chart it, explain what it means, and change the plan when the results tell you to.
• Use AI to move faster, solve problems, and learn new skills.
• Prefer to ship a version 1 today than perfect a version 3 in a quarter; know how to prioritize, test, learn, and keep moving.
• Care about the families behind the funnel; want the experience to feel clear, helpful, and personal from the first click onward.

Requirements

• Bonus: Worked in a two-sided marketplace, subscription/app business, or household services.
• Comfortable connecting the dots across paid media, sales, content, and SEO.

Benefits

• Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 annually on a full-time-equivalent basis, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Open to starting part-time and building toward full-time together if that makes the transition easier.
