Role Description

The Senior Organic Search Strategist’s role is to create and execute on custom Organic Search strategies that align with the client’s KPIs using all aspects of Organic Search including:

On-page SEO
Technical SEO
Off-page SEO elements
Informational SEO Content

Responsibilities include:

Create short term and long term strategic organic search roadmaps that quantify the traffic and/or lead/transaction impact that the strategy will have on the client’s business goals
Conduct organic search performance deep dives during reporting and when Algorithm Updates occur
Explain organic search performance and its impact on the client's business
Delegate relevant workflow to Specialists and/or supporting strategists
Execute on complex organic search deliverables
Make educated Organic Search goals & forecasts based on historical client context
Update internal and external deliverable trackers
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO-based role
Advanced understanding of all aspects of organic search
Advanced knowledge and experience using analytical tools necessary for SEO performance and reporting
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback to team members
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proactive & solution-oriented problem solver
Excellent storyteller with strong presentation skills

Requirements

Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Hit RPE success metric ($36k)
Below 10% Client Churn Rate
Range of the number of accounts (5-10)

Most Important Things (MITs)

Manage accounts with the highest workflow volume or complexity
Identify biggest SEO and Content opportunities based on client goals
Work with the team to delegate SEO/Content tasks and ensure timely reviews
