Role Description

A Creative Strategist will be the lead ideator on strategic accounts. They are required to have a robust understanding of paid social creative best practices, their client’s brand, performance goals, historical data, current ecommerce trends, and consumer behavior, to develop winning paid social advertising that impacts their client's growth.

Leads the paid social creative strategy for 8-10 clients
Uses data insights along with consumer and brand research to design high performing creative assets
Collaborates closely with team members across internal departments and roles
Maintains client communications and sentiment
Driven to iterate and ideate towards stated performance goals
Develops rapport with client to build a foundation of open discussion
Researches client brand, competitors, and industry trends
Continually audits account to identify winning ads
Writes strategic consumer-centric, direct response copy and messaging strategy
Manages requests and output with production team using Asana
Reviews video/image assets and provides clear and actionable feedback to editors
Leads productive internal creative team syncs and brainstorms
Works alongside client management team as client POC for all things creative strategy
Understands scope of requested edits, reshoots, and other deliverables
Pushes back on client on matters of timeline, scope, feedback, and direction
Employs AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Utilizes and leverages Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Qualifications

Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, and/or similar performance data tools (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc)
Technically skilled at pulling and using creative performance data to analyze trends, insights, and inform creative roadmaps
Understanding of best practices for performance-driven creative & ability to apply these insights in work
Ability to write effective ad copy, structure a script, and see through on the execution with corresponding visuals
Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients, production, and post-production teams
Ability to yield strong campaign results for clients through strategizing top performing creative

Requirements

Self-starter who is passionate about maximizing success for clients through creative strategy
Mastered presenting creative reporting to clients and team members through storytelling
Constantly implementing learnings to enhance future campaign results
Relentless in the pursuit to troubleshoot and problem solve with a growth mindset
