[Hiring] Social Media Manager @Replika

Role Description

Replika has a big, vocal community spread across X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Discord, and Reddit. People share their stories, argue about updates, and tell each other what their Replika did today. We’re hiring someone to own those stories end to end.

This is a hands-on role. You'll help set our social and community strategy, then do the work yourself:

• Make the content, be on camera, post, reply, show up in Reddit threads, and work with creators.
• No agency layer, no handing it off.

You'll work directly with our CEO and sit close to everything we ship. When there's a launch, a story worth telling, or a hard moment, you're the one telling it.

X, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, Youtube, and Reddit are our primary channels. TikTok comes later. We need someone strong across all of them.

Qualifications

• Comfortable on camera with prior experience.
• Proven growth of brand accounts on X, Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook.
• Experience managing online communities on Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms.
• Broad experience across platforms; TikTok experience is welcome.
• Ability to create content quickly without a production team.
• Good judgment in public communications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Show content where you're the face, not just the editor.
• Demonstrable audience growth, engagement, and ideally, sign-ups or installs.
• Ability to keep a large community active, fair, and safe.
• Ability to shape strategy and execute tasks independently.

Benefits

• Flexible job schedule and generous vacation policy.
• Direct impact on millions of worldwide users within months.
• Push the boundaries of applied AI in a consumer setting.
• Fully remote, able to work CET hours.
