[Hiring] Lifecycle & CRM Specialist @Replika

Role Description

Millions of people have already met Replika: free users who haven't upgraded yet, subscribers who've lapsed, and people who signed up years ago and drifted away. Almost none of them hear from us in a way that's worth opening. That's the biggest untapped channel we have, and you'll own it.

You'll build our lifecycle program from the ground up:

• Email first, then in-app messages, push, and any other channel that gets the right message to the right person at the right moment.
• Onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, renewals, win-back, product launches.
• The goal is revenue and retention, not open rates.

This is a hands-on role. You'll help set the lifecycle strategy and build it yourself:

• The segments, the flows, the copy, the tests, and the reporting.

Our users are in almost every country, so you'll work within consent and privacy rules for a global audience, and you'll know how to design a program that is both compliant and effective.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lifecycle or CRM experience at a consumer subscription app, with revenue results you can show.
• You've built flows yourself in a modern messaging platform like Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
• Strong with data. You build your own segments and read your own results without waiting for an analyst.
• You understand compliant communication for a global audience: consent, unsubscribes, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and their equivalents.
• You write good copy, or know exactly how to brief and edit it.
• You shape the strategy and do the implementation yourself.
• Excellent written English.

Requirements

• Build the core lifecycle flows: onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, intro offers ending, renewals, cancellation saves, and win-back.
• Convert free users. Work with product on in-app messages and offers that move people to paid at the right moment.
• Reactivate our base. Plan and run campaigns to lapsed users and our long-dormant email list, cleanly and within consent.
• Segment and personalize with product and subscription data, so each person gets the message that fits where they are.
• Test everything: timing, subject lines, offers, channels. Keep what wins and kill what doesn't.
• Own deliverability, list health, and the reporting that ties every flow to revenue.

Bonus Points

• In-app messaging and push experience on iOS and Android.
• Deliverability experience: domain reputation, warming, and bringing a large dormant list back safely.
• Experience with web and app subscription billing and the events it sends.
• You've worked on a product where trust and tone really matter.
