Role Description
The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping and executing HCSS’s organic social media and influencer strategy across channels. This role brings expertise in:

Working closely with content, creative, demand generation, and the broader marketing team, the Social Media Manager will:

This person should have experience managing organic social media for a national organization supporting expansion into global markets.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of social media or digital marketing experience, including ownership of organic social strategy for a national or multi-market brand
Requirements

Social media management and publishing platforms such as Sprout Social or equivalent
-
Native social platform tools and analytics, with strong knowledge of LinkedIn
-
Working knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent
-
Organic social media strategy and channel management
-
Social content development, copywriting, and editing
-
Community management and audience engagement
-
Social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
-
Content planning, distribution, and campaign execution
-
Working knowledge of influencer and creator marketing

Understanding of current social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging channels

Experience supporting executive thought leadership or employee advocacy programs

Experience supporting global social media audiences or markets

Experience marketing to construction, infrastructure, or other technical/industrial audiences
Role Responsibilities
-
Own and evolve HCSS’s organic social media strategy, including platform strategy, audience development, content planning, community engagement, and channel optimization
-
Develop, create, schedule, and publish social content in partnership with creative, video, content, and other internal teams
-
Develop integrated social campaigns supporting product launches, events, customer advocacy, corporate announcements, thought leadership, and employer-brand initiatives
-
Build social programs that leverage customers, industry voices, influencers, executives, and internal subject matter experts to expand HCSS’s reach and credibility
-
Manage community engagement and social listening, surfacing customer insights, industry trends, and opportunities for HCSS to engage
-
Proven ability to create an influencer program and best practices for success
-
Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, customer success, sales, communications, recruiting, and other teams to support broader business priorities
-
Monitor emerging platforms, audience behaviors, creator trends, and social best practices to identify new opportunities and continually improve HCSS’s social presence
-
Analyze channel and campaign performance, audience growth, engagement, sentiment, and business impact to optimize strategy and communicate results to stakeholders
Travel Requirements

Occasional travel (up to 5%) for industry conferences, annual HCSS Users Group Meeting (UGM), customer jobsite and office visits
