Role Description
As part of our expansion plan, we are looking to hire a Social Media/Digital Marketing Executive responsible for managing the company’s online presence across social media platforms and digital channels. The role involves:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Managing daily content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Creating engaging and creative social media posts, including images, videos, and written content.
- Responding to customer queries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring and reporting on social media metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote logistics services and products.
- Managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing regular reports on key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
- Creating compelling and informative content for social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Working with designers, photographers, and videographers to develop visual content that aligns with the brand.
- Ensuring content is optimized for SEO and tailored to target audiences.
- Engaging with online communities to promote brand loyalty and build relationships with customers.
- Coordinating with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Organizing and participating in community-building initiatives and events to grow an online presence.
- Ensuring brand consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Working closely with the marketing team to enhance the company’s online reputation and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging, original content.
