[Hiring] Social Media & Content Manager @Bluemoso

Role Description

We’re looking for experienced Social Media & Content Managers who can take ownership of content from idea/source material through creation, publishing, engagement, and repurposing. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable doing more than just scheduling posts. You should be able to work with existing content and raw materials, turn them into polished pieces, manage multiple social channels, and proactively spot opportunities to improve the brand’s content and online presence.

• Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Turn long-form videos, recordings, transcripts, and existing materials into social posts and short-form content
• Edit short-form videos and prepare them for publishing
• Write captions and adapt content while maintaining the client’s voice and messaging
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
• Manage comments and DMs and support community engagement
• Maintain an organized content calendar and publishing queue
• Support email newsletters, campaigns, and list-building initiatives
• Assist with landing pages, blogs, lead magnets, and other marketing assets
• Support campaign and launch execution
• Track content performance and provide regular updates
• Proactively identify content gaps and opportunities instead of waiting to be told what to do

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role
• Strong written English and copywriting skills
• Experience managing multiple social platforms
• Comfortable editing short-form video
• Strong understanding of content repurposing
• Able to work from an established brand voice and maintain it consistently
• Organized and able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
• Comfortable with both creative and execution-focused work
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Good judgment and attention to detail

Requirements

• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Descript, Buffer, Kajabi, Asana, Notion, Google Drive, AI content tools, and other social media scheduling/editing platforms.
• You do not need experience with every tool listed. We care more about strong social media fundamentals, content judgment, adaptability, and your ability to learn new platforms quickly.
