Role Description

• Create engaging Reels, Stories, Carousels & social media content
• Edit videos and design eye-catching visuals
• Develop creative content for Meta Ads
• Find and manage influencer & UGC collaborations
• Spot trends and turn them into fresh content ideas
• Plan, publish & manage our social media channels

Qualifications

• Experience in social media & content creation
• A great eye for design, aesthetics & storytelling
• Strong video and picture editing skills
• Confident using CapCut, Canva and Adobe
• Always up to date with social media trends
• Tech-savvy with a hands-on, startup mindset
• Quick-thinking, proactive & solution-oriented
• Happy to get in front of the camera for UGC content
• Additional online marketing skills are a big plus
• A genuine interest in wellbeing & lifestyle

Requirements

• Part-time or full-time
• Remote work – must be based in Germany
• Permanent employment preferred
• Flexible start date within the next 3 months

Company Description

We are Dana & Nils from Germany. With our close friends, we spent a lot of time on the coasts of Europe. Our circle of friends is characterised by a passion for surfing, yoga, music and community. During our travels, we have always experienced incredible freedom.
