[Hiring] Social Ad Buyer @Corporate Tools

Role Description

Corporate Tools is looking for someone who knows how to stop the scroll. We're talking short-form video, fast-moving platforms, and ads that need to do more than rack up views; they need to bring in sales and leads. You'll build campaigns, keep a close eye on platform performance, and make quick adjustments when the numbers say something isn't working or the internet decides it's onto the next big thing.

• Hands-on experience with platforms like TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X/Twitter Ads, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest Ads.
• Knowledge of UTM-tagged links for tracking results and reporting on campaign performance.
• Google Analytics experience is helpful; basic WordPress skills are a plus.
• Ability to produce video content is a plus.
• Located in Spokane, Eastern Washington, or Northern Idaho is preferred.
• Ability to keep up with trends without blindly chasing every viral moment.
• Make smart calls based on performance and turn good ideas into effective ads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating and managing ad campaigns across at least two short-form/social video platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, X/Twitter Ads, YouTube Shorts, etc).
• Comfort building and using UTM-tagged links to attribute campaign results by source, medium, and campaign.
• Experience with video-first social media platforms and understanding of relevant metrics.
• Ability to work independently or in team settings.
• Good writer with a proven track record reporting results to stakeholders.
