Role Description

A senior paid media leader who knows the platforms cold and uses AI to push them further. You think in systems and you still get your hands dirty. Hands on keyboard when the work calls for it. In the platforms. In the bid strategies. In the build. You lead by doing, not just directing.

You've moved past pure execution into orchestration:

• AI agents
• Automation
• ML bidding

Hours of output where teams used to spend weeks. But you never lost the craft, and you never will. You're a strategist, an operator, and a builder. Paid media is a creative discipline to you. Data, audience, and message, converging. You work hand-in-hand with creative, strategy, and analytics to push performance and originality at the same time.

You lead with clarity. You mentor with generosity. You hold the bar high. For the work, and for the people making it.

Responsibilities

• Drive the work.
• Own paid social and paid search across your accounts.
• Set the standard.
• Lead senior client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Partner with the Head of Media on attribution, measurement, and reporting.
• Stay in the work.
• Get in the platforms when it matters.
• Build, QA, optimize, troubleshoot.
• Set the standard by example.
• No task too small when the work demands it.
• Build with AI.
• Architect AI-driven workflows across planning, build, optimization, and reporting.
• Identify and deploy the tools that matter.
• Smartly: Pencil, Mutiny, Custom GPTs, Claude-powered automations.
• Build prompt libraries, automation playbooks, and SOPs that scale.
• Bring a strong POV on AI in paid media.
• Run the campaigns.
• Full-funnel, full-platform: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Amazon.
• Emerging channels: B2C and B2B.
• Retail, banking, healthcare.
• App download, performance, brand.
• CPI, LTV, ROAS, and every downstream KPI that matters.
• Tracking, tagging, pixels, SDKs, attribution. Airtight. Every time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading paid social and paid search across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms.
• Hands-on platform fluency. You can build, optimize, and troubleshoot a campaign yourself.
• A real track record using AI to optimize buying, automate workflows, and scale performance.
• Deep command of campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, creative testing, and measurement.
• Proven success on B2C and B2B accounts. Retail, banking, healthcare strongly preferred.
• Mastery of attribution, MMM, incrementality, tagging, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable as a senior client-facing voice on media.
• Fluency with platform APIs, dashboards, and modern measurement stacks. GA4 in particular.
• Agency experience required.
