Role Description

This role owns the moment when customers search for skincare solutions. You’ll build and run our SEO across every market we sell in, from the technical foundations to the pages and content that rank. • Do the research that finds the opportunities.
• Keep the technical side healthy.

• Show up in AI answers too.
• Build authority.
• Measure what matters.

• Technical depth.
• Strategic thinking.
• Patience with a purpose.
• Ownership.
• Team spirit.
• Relevant experience: [3+] years in SEO for e-commerce or consumer brands, with results you can show, ideally with the numbers to prove it. Experience with international or multi-market SEO, or in beauty and skincare, is a strong advantage. Excellent written English is essential.

Benefits

• Fast decisions, minimal bureaucracy.
• Competitive pay, set for where you live.
• Yearly bonuses of up to 40% of your annual salary.
• Monthly and yearly subsidies to do your best work.
• Impact that builds.
