Role Description

At CareATC, we're redefining employer-sponsored healthcare through innovative, relationship-centered solutions that improve health outcomes and empower healthier workforces.

As Senior Vice President, Marketing, you'll build and lead the marketing function behind CareATC's next stage of growth. You'll shape our brand and market positioning, build scalable demand generation, strengthen our presence within the broker and consultant community, and lead go-to-market strategy for BeWell+ and our broader portfolio of healthcare solutions.

This is an opportunity to build, influence, and lead—partnering with executive leadership to connect marketing strategy directly to commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Demonstrated success building or scaling a marketing function
• Proven experience across brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing operations
• Ability to connect marketing strategy and performance to commercial outcomes
• Healthcare, employer benefits, B2B2C, broker/consultant channel, and/or self-insured employer market experience strongly preferred
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build alignment across the organization
• Ability to move effectively between enterprise strategy and hands-on execution

Requirements

• Define CareATC's brand, market narrative, and competitive positioning across our health center business, BeWell+, and broader portfolio
• Build scalable demand generation programs that support new employer growth and expansion within existing client relationships
• Strengthen broker and consultant channels through targeted marketing, co-marketing, and sales enablement strategies
• Lead go-to-market positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategy for BeWell+ and other growth solutions
• Own digital and content strategy, marketing automation, CRM infrastructure, measurement, and attribution
• Develop client marketing strategies that support engagement, retention, expansion, and compelling market proof points
• Build and lead the marketing team while managing agency and external partner relationships
• Partner across executive leadership, Growth, Sales, Product, Client Success, Operations, and Clinical teams to align marketing with commercial KPIs and enterprise strategy
