Role Description

Revionics’ Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for the company’s products and platform, translating product capabilities, innovations, and releases into clear value propositions that resonate with retail customers and drive business results. Partnering closely with Product Management, this role plans and communicates releases, develops enablement resources, and drives ongoing GTM activities to boost awareness, adoption, and customer value. Reporting to the Product team, it collaborates with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Customer Success, working directly with retail partners to ensure effective positioning and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute GTM strategy for product launches, platform updates, and ongoing marketing programs, aligning product capabilities with customer value and business objectives across cross-functional teams.
• Develop clear, differentiated product positioning, value propositions, and customer personas, translating complex AI and technical capabilities into compelling stories for retail audiences.
• Partner with Product Management to drive product adoption through timely release announcements, feature highlights, and customer-facing enablement materials.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with impactful resources, messaging, and training to effectively support new acquisition, upsell, and retention goals.
• Engage directly with retail partners, track industry trends, and analyze adoption performance data to continuously refine GTM strategy and product positioning.
• Develop robust product usage and feature adoption reporting to inform product decisions and accelerate customer adoption.
• Own all case studies and value messaging, establishing processes to keep them current across products, capabilities, retail segments, and geographies.
• Support content and activities for major annual events, including Sales Kickoff and NRF, and represent products and solutions to external audiences such as analysts and media.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS preferred, retail industry strongly preferred); Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing and executing GTM strategies, product launch plans, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement programs in close partnership with Product Management.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical/AI concepts into compelling, persona-specific messaging and executive-level presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative leader skilled at building alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive product adoption and business value.
• Proficient with modern AI tools, MS Office, and leveraging data to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Remote, U.S.-based position requiring fluent English (additional languages a plus) and up to 25% travel.

Requirements

• The pay range for this position is between $91,000 - 120,000 plus Incentive Bonus. Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
