Role Description
As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you will own strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC eCommerce brands. You will work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to:

Mentor Paid Social Managers & Media Buyers
You will deeply understand the core levers that drive eCommerce growth: offer, conversion, creative, and distribution. Your responsibilities include:

Diagnosing performance challenges quickly

Uncovering opportunities others miss

Presenting solutions that founders and commercial leaders trust and act on

Identifying growth opportunities and removing performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
-
3+ years of paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment
-
Deep understanding of paid social strategy, customer acquisition, creative testing methodologies, and full-funnel growth planning
-
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to wider business objectives and growth outcomes
-
Proven experience developing account strategies that improve customer acquisition efficiency, increase revenue, and drive sustainable growth

Advanced analytical capabilities, with confidence using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, Meta, and TikTok reporting environments

Excellent client-facing communication skills
-
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the development of junior team members

Strong project management and organisational skills

Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of performance outcomes

Passionate about growth marketing, innovation, and helping both clients and colleagues achieve success
Requirements

Take ownership of strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands

Lead account planning by identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition

Develop and oversee testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures

Monitor key growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER, NC-ROAS
-
Continuously seek opportunities to improve account performance through testing and optimisation
